Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
1. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. These rights include:
- Right to Know — You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share about you.
- Right to Delete — You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct — You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out — You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Even if you are not a California resident, we honor opt-out requests from all users as a matter of policy.
2. What We Sell or Share
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "selling" and "sharing" personal information have broad definitions that may include certain transfers of data to third parties for valuable consideration or for cross-context behavioral advertising, even where no money changes hands.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
We use limited third-party services (such as Stripe for payment processing and Google Fonts for web fonts) that may receive certain technical data in the course of providing their services. These transfers are for operational purposes only and do not constitute "selling" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA.
We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, precise geolocation data, or personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
3. How to Opt Out
To submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, please complete the form below. We will process your request within 15 business days.
4. Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or browser extension transmits a GPC signal when you visit our site, we will treat this as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of your personal information from that browser and device. No additional action is required on your part if you have GPC enabled.
You can learn more about the Global Privacy Control and how to enable it at globalprivacycontrol.org.
5. Verification Process
To protect your privacy and ensure that we respond to the correct individual, we are required to verify your identity before processing your request. The level of verification depends on the nature of the request:
- For opt-out requests, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided. You must click the confirmation link in that email to complete your request.
- For deletion or data access requests submitted via separate channels, we may request additional verification information matching what we have on file.
- If you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require written proof of authorization or a signed permission form.
We will not require you to create an account with us to exercise your rights, and we will not ask for more personal information than is reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
6. Response Timeline
We will confirm receipt of your opt-out request within 10 business days and will complete our response within 15 business days of receiving your verified request, as required by California law.
If we are unable to complete your request within this timeframe due to extraordinary circumstances, we will notify you within the initial period and provide an explanation and estimated completion date. The extended response period shall not exceed 45 calendar days from the original request date in total.
Once your opt-out is processed, we will direct third-party service providers with whom we have shared your personal information to also honor your opt-out request, to the extent required by law.
