Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
PigDataStation, operated by Eco-Pork co., ltd., offers a 30-day return window on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria described in this policy.
Please read this policy in full before initiating a return. If you have questions, contact our customer support team before sending any item back.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unmodified condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, mounting hardware, documentation, and any bundled components
- The item must not have been installed in a permanent or semi-permanent manner that caused physical alteration or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided
Items that have been used, installed, powered on beyond initial inspection, or physically altered may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for return at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Software licenses and digital products: PDS Count Mobile App Pro licenses and any other digital or downloadable products, once delivered or activated, are non-refundable
- Installation and Setup Service: Labor-based services that have been fully or partially rendered are non-refundable; please review service scope before scheduling
- Annual Support Plans: Subscription-based support plans are non-refundable after the service period has commenced, except as otherwise required by applicable law
- Items damaged due to misuse: Products that show evidence of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or exposure to conditions outside of stated operating parameters are not eligible for return
- Items returned after 30 days: Returns initiated after the 30-day window will not be accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under the product warranty
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- Submit your return request by emailing us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Await confirmation. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the return address provided.
- Provide tracking information. Once shipped, email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return in transit.

5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
For returns due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days of receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our approval, in accordance with FTC guidelines on timely refunds. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account; typical posting times are 3 to 5 additional business days depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. If shipping was included in your order price and you return part of the order, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If the returned item is not in the condition described in Section 2 (Eligibility), we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price, or to refuse the refund entirely. We will notify you before applying any such deduction.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or configuration, please contact our customer support team to discuss availability. In most cases, the most efficient process is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return (Section 4) and indicate in your request that you are seeking an exchange. We will confirm availability of the desired replacement before proceeding.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Manufacturing defects discovered after the 30-day return window may be covered under the product warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product or contact us for warranty support.
Damage caused by improper installation, use outside of specified operating conditions, physical impact, exposure to liquids beyond IP65 rating, or unauthorized modification is not covered under this returns policy and may void the product warranty.
