Eco-Pork co., ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PigDataStation e-commerce website ("Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information we obtain from visitors and customers of the Site.

We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with prior notice. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide written authorization and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We respect and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal when you visit our Site, we will treat this as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, in accordance with applicable California law (CCPA/CPRA). No additional action is required on your part if you have GPC enabled.

  • Customer support correspondence: Retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
