1. Introduction

Welcome to PigDataStation, an e-commerce site operated by Eco-Pork co., ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at pigdatastation.shop (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services offered through the Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eco-Pork co., ltd. Your use of the Site, creation of an account, or placement of an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Products and Services

PigDataStation offers agricultural technology hardware and related services, including but not limited to the PDS Type A camera system, installation and setup services, annual support plans, and the PDS Count mobile application license (collectively, "Products").

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any Product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to display Products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, or error-free.

3.1 Warranty

Eco-Pork co., ltd. warrants that PDS hardware products (including the PDS Type A camera system) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").

During the Warranty Period, if a hardware defect is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. Replacement parts or units may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by exposure to conditions outside of the product's stated operating specifications (e.g., temperature, humidity, voltage)
  • Damage resulting from use with non-approved accessories or third-party components
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration
  • Software issues, firmware bugs, or AI model performance (software is licensed "as is" and governed by the applicable software license terms)
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Consumable parts (if any), unless damage occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY ECO-PORK CO., LTD. FOR PDS HARDWARE PRODUCTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@pigdatastation.shop with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic or video evidence if applicable.

4. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you offer to purchase the selected Products at the stated price, subject to availability and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods available through Stripe.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Sales tax or VAT may be applied at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order.

A binding contract of sale is formed only upon our written order confirmation sent to your email address. We reserve the right to decline any order after confirmation if we determine, acting in good faith, that we are unable to fulfill it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Hardware products such as the PDS Type A camera system typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks of order confirmation, subject to availability and manufacturing timelines. Shipping is included in the product price for all US orders. We currently ship within the United States only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information on processing times, estimated delivery windows, and tracking.

Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If your shipment is delayed beyond the timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and provide you with the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible Products. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and underlying technology — is the property of Eco-Pork co., ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

The PigDataStation name, logo, and all related product names and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Eco-Pork co., ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

The AI models, algorithms, and software embedded in our Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eco-Pork co., ltd. Purchase of a Product grants you a license to use the software as incorporated in that Product; it does not convey any ownership of or rights to the underlying intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eco-Pork co., ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Products purchased through the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, or remotely by video conference at the election of either party. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and the Company individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class-action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Small Claims Court Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdiction of such court.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
